MilVet Angels Membership

MilVet Angels is an investment syndicate that pools together the capital of its members to invest in specific opportunities, on a deal-by-deal basis. We have invested several million dollars of capital to date and are focused on investing in technology companies across the United States.

There are no annual investment requirements (although a per investment opportunity minimum may apply), and there are no fees for becoming a member. We encourage members to engage with our portfolio companies and the community at large.

Members of MilVet Angels commit to:

Act transparently, professionally and with integrity
Proactively monitor oneself for potential conflicts of interest
Keep all information received through MilVet Angels confidential
Accept the inherent high-risk nature of investing in startups
Make their own independent decisions on investment opportunities
Proactively support our community of military veterans and technology founders

Leadership and staff of MilVet Angels in turn commit to:

Positively represent our community of military veterans and technology founders
Work diligently to source profitable investment opportunities
Communicate transparently and maintain integrity in all actions and decisions
Invest our own money alongside our members in every investment opportunity
Proactively support our community of military veterans and technology founders

Investment information and opportunities are exclusively reserved for investors from the military veterans community who meet the SEC definition of accredited investors.
